The following house rules apply to every stay at Central Park Residence and are the same rules guests confirm at check-in — online in advance or in person with our staff on arrival. We publish them here so they are clear before you book. These rules supplement our full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice, which remain the governing documents for any question of interpretation.
1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 16:00 (Saturdays / Jewish Holidays: from 20:00).
In-office check-in: Available until 19:30 only. After this time, check-in is handled remotely, and you must contact us in advance (WhatsApp: +972505551930) to arrange your arrival.
Check-in is restricted to the reservation holder only (minimum age 21), upon presenting a valid government-issued ID, passport, or military reservist ID.
Check-out: By 10:00 (Saturdays: by 12:00).
Early check-in: Available from 12:00, by prior arrangement and subject to availability, for an additional fee of 250 NIS.
Late check-out: Subject to availability and an extra fee of 300 NIS (up to 15:00 on weekdays, or until the end of Shabbat).
2. Payments & Security Deposit
Full payment is required prior to key handover (credit card, cash, or a pre-approved bank transfer). Personal checks are not accepted.
A valid credit card must be provided upon arrival as a security hold of NIS 1,000, covering any damages, fines, or incidental charges under this policy. The hold is released after check-out, once the suite has been inspected, less any applicable charges.

3. Property Regulations
Smoking & Fire: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside all rooms and public indoor areas (permitted on balconies only). Barbecues, open flames, and hookahs/shishas are strictly prohibited.
Noise & Music: Playing music via speakers or sound systems is strictly forbidden across the entire property at all times.
Alcohol & Conduct: Excessive alcohol consumption and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Visitors: Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Additional visitors will incur extra charges per property policy.
Pets: Pets of any kind are strictly forbidden, except guide dogs upon presentation of a blind person's certificate and a National Insurance Institute guide dog certificate.
Valuables: Management is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
4. Violations & Penalties
Violating noise, smoking, or fire regulations will result in an immediate 2,000 NIS fine, confiscation of unauthorized equipment, and/or immediate eviction without refund.
Management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest causing disturbance or damage, without any refund.
5. Your Data at Check-In
At check-in, we collect a copy of your ID or passport for registration purposes, as required by law. This information is handled under our Privacy Notice and retained only as long as necessary for your stay and any related charges.
6. Acknowledgment
By booking or checking in at Central Park Residence, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the house rules above, and you authorize the charge of your credit card for any damages, fines, or extra fees incurred under this policy. Guests sign an equivalent declaration at check-in.
